Limited Warranty

Ammo International, INC warrants its products to be devoid of material and workmanship defects for one year from the purchase date. In the event of any defect, Ammo International, INC reserves the right to replace, repair, or refund the product at its sole discretion.

There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purchase on any Ammo International, INC products and any such warranties are specifically disclaimed. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Ammo International, INC shall not be liable for repairing or replacing a product under this Limited Warranty if the product was improperly installed, altered, or misused, including using the product contrary to Ammo International, INC’s provided instructions.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Ammo International, INC shall under no circumstances be liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damage whatsoever arising out of, or in any way relating to any breach of warranty or claimed defect in, or non-performance of, the products.

This Limited Warranty is designed to fully comply with the terms and provisions of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Some states may not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages; hence the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state.
