GENERAL CONDITIONS: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of our service or website content without express written permission by Ammo International, Inc.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION: We are not responsible if any information found on our site is not accurate or up to date. The content and materials on this site are provided for general information and should not be the sole basis of making decisions without consulting Ammo International, Inc. Any reliance on the material is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify the contents at any time. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

CHANGES TO PRICES, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICE: We reserve the right to modify prices, products, or services at any time and without notice. We shall not be liable for any modifications or changes to prices, products, or services.

DELIVERIES: Shipping schedules are based on estimates and Ammo International, Inc. shall not be liable directly or indirectly for delays caused by lack of labor, power, materials, manufacturing facilities, delays in transportation, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Ammo International, Inc. In such an event, Ammo’s options and without liability, delivery dates shall be extended, or all portions of the order will be canceled.

FREIGHT TERMS: All Ammo International, Inc. shipments are F.O.B. shipping points. The customer should file any claim for loss or damage in transit with the common carrier.

SHORTAGE CLAIMS: Claims for shortages must be made in writing to the Ammo International, Inc. corporate office at 400 MLK Way, Bridgeton, NJ, 08302, or info@ammoelectric.com within 10 days after receipt of the products.

RETURNS: Returned products will be accepted for credit, only with written permission from Ammo International, Inc.’s corporate office. All returned products must be shipped to Ammo Internationa, Inc., 400 MLK Way, Bridgeton, NJ, 08302, unless otherwise directed. We cannot accept returns or offer credit for obsolete or discontinued products, or items purchased over 12 months old. All returned products are subject to a restocking fee of up to 35% on standard returns of THHN and Shelf Goods and 50% on Steel and PVC conduit, Strut Channel, and Ground Rods.

TAXES: Ammo International, Inc. reserves the right to add to the sales price any taxes imposed by law on said products.

LIMITED WARRANTY: Ammo International, Inc. warrants its products to be devoid of material and workmanship defects for one year from the purchase date. In the event of any defect, Ammo International, Inc. reserves the right to replace, repair, or refund the product at its sole discretion.

There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purchase on any Ammo International, Inc. products and any such warranties are specifically disclaimed. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Ammo International, Inc. shall not be liable for repairing or replacing a product under this Limited Warranty if the product was improperly installed, altered, or misused, including using the product contrary to Ammo International, Inc.’s provided instructions.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Ammo International, Inc. shall under no circumstances be liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damage whatsoever arising out of, or in any way relating to any breach of warranty or claimed defect in, or non-performance of, the products.

This limited warranty is designed to fully comply with the terms and provisions of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Some states may not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages; hence the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state.

ACCEPTANCE: All orders are subject to confirmation and credit approval by Ammo International, Inc., as well as to the terms and conditions detailed above. Any differing terms and conditions, discounts, or special prices submitted with an order shall be considered objected to by Ammo International, Inc., and therefore not applicable unless accepted in writing by an officer or the sales manager at Ammo International, Inc.
